Krishnan Raman

Vishal Sharma

Vishal is a dynamic Professional with more than 30 years of rich and comprehensive experience in Training & Development, Sales and Operations Management.

He has designed & executed training for both Indian and multi-national organisations offering diverse products and service to the market, such as Service, Telecom, IT, Automobile, Media, Logistics, Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare, FMCG, Consumer Durables and Retail etc.

He possesses expertise in identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies. He interrelates easily with people of diverse backgrounds, cultures, and professional levels. He has excellent understanding of Cross-Cultural Context of Cognition & adult learning styles and has worked on many international assignments.

Vishal has extensive experience in conducting Sales, Man-Management, Leadership, Customer Service and Team Building Training Programmes for various levels of participants for more than 100 clients in India. He has trained over 25,000 personnel during this journey.

He has expertise in development of training curriculum; formulating and reviewing training outlines and determining appropriate instructional methodologies and formats. He conducts individual, group and organization-based training needs analysis and assessments; evaluating the effectiveness of training programs by developing pre/post assessment programs.

Rahul Bhatia

After 27 years in the industry, Rahul decided to alter direction. Inspired by Dr. Stephen R. Covey’s 8th Habit, “Find your voice and inspire others to find theirs”, he now shares his passion by helping others succeed.

Rahul is a Certified Coach and an Advisor with complete focus on enhancing sales, revenue and organic growth for his clients. He has more than 30 years of experience in strategy execution, consulting, new product launches, people management and key accounts management.

His key accountabilities include exploring strategic alliances and potential acquisitions with Global Brands, formulating strategic initiatives to ensure that the day-to-day activities of the company support the achievement of the short and long term goals and make sure the company’s output falls in line with those goals.

In his last major assignment, he worked as an Executive Board Member and Practice Leader Open Programs Practice with FranklinCovey with complete responsibility for top line and bottom line results. In additional he has also worked with Pertech Computers Ltd., ATCO Industries Ltd., Dabur India and Right Management.
